The Ferguson Animal Coalition and Community Pet Resource Guide

The Ferguson Animal Coalition was founded by a group of long-time animal rescue volunteers in the St. Louis area, to provide a structure around the volunteer work that they already do.  The FAC is mostly educational. We hope to help support families of local dogs and cats by providing information about low cost spay & neuter programs, share tools to help keep their pets safe, healthy, and happy. Another hope is to provide guidance when a homeless dog or cat ends up on the street.  And lastly, to share information about TNR (Trap Neuter Release) programs for feral cats in Ferguson.

Below is a Community Pet Resource Guide that we designed for distribution by city employees and first responders as needed. Feel free to use in your communities as well.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
