Dog Behavior Problems & Solutions and Behavior Trainers

Picture
NOTE: It is very important to use fear-free trainers. Recent studies from the AVMA reveal that training a dog using a shock collar (e-collar) or other fearful tactics, result in negative outcomes. Also plan to be with your canine companion at all times during training. You will bond and both learn together.

STOP THE SHOCK!~ The American Veterinarian Association studies reveal no success and even damage when adverse training methods are used. Articles below:

DOG BEHAVIOR TRAINERS
NOTE: It is important to be with your pup for training so you can learn too, plus this helps you both bond with one another, so "Board and Train" programs where you drop your dog off for training is not recommended.

PetSmart and Petco offer great group classes

~ Milan Kundera

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
